if i upgrade to paid or future version will have to reinstall again and will i lose my database?

No, no need to re-install, just replace the license.dat with the unlimited one.
Yes, you will loose your database if you re-install, but you don't need to do it.

PHPLicengine is clever to not allow "Powered by..." footer link removal on free versions but allows free users to place it wherever they want by that comment tag. When you removed that tag, the link appeared after </html>. Now it is comepletely removed for you! Smile

I forgot to say you can edit footer copyright statement in /languages/english/english.php. Whatever you set for that will be appeared for <?=COPYRIGHT?> in footer.php

No, you'd better to add <?=COPYRIGHT?> in footer.php and edit the value in /languages/english/english.php.
However there is no difference but this one is better.
